The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposed Share Consolidation.

We refer to the earlier announcement dated 12 November 2021 and 25 November 2021 in relation to the Proposed Share Consolidation.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 13 December 2021, resolved to approve the following:-

i. Proposed Share Consolidation;

ii. listing and quotation of up to 774,462,975 Consolidated Shares (assuming full exercise of all the outstanding SIS Options and Warrants B prior to the implementation of the Proposed Share Consolidation); and

iii. listing and quotation of up to 169,951,157 consolidated Warrants B (assuming none of the outstanding SIS Options and Warrants B are exercised prior to the implementation of the Proposed Share Consolidation).

Kanger or UOB Kay Hian is required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Rules 6.57(2)(ii) and (iii) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements.
