Remarks:
The holders of the 5-Year 3.00% Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks ("ICULS") who submit their ICULS Conversion Notice to the Company's Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd on or before 24 December 2021 will not be entitled to the seventh coupon payment. Only non-resident ICULS holders will be subjected to withholding tax.
