The Board of Directors of NOVELPLUS wishes to announce that the Company had received a notice in writing pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act, 2016 from Messrs Crowe Malaysia PLT ("Crowe") dated 13 December 2021 on their resignation as Auditors of the Company and Group with effect from 13 December 2021. The resignation of Crowe is on voluntary basis as the Company intends to appoint another auditors for the Company and Group. Save for the above, there are no any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. This announcement is dated 14 December 2021. |
