PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 169,901,200 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN TXB

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the earlier announcement(s) in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcement(s)”) shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.0725 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.

The aforementioned issue price of RM0.0725 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.94% or RM0.0080 to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of TXB Shares from 10 December 2021 to 16 December 2021 of approximately RM0.0805.
