We refer to the announcements dated 12 June 2020, 15 June 2020, 22 June 2020, 23 June 2020, 30 June 2020, 27 October 2020, 4 November 2020, 17 December 2020, 11 June 2021, 24 June 2021, 21 July 2021, 22 July 2021, 23 July 2021, 26 July 2021 and 27 July 2021 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

Earlier, the Company has issued a total of 35,720,000 Placement Shares via the following tranches:-

(i)         9,000,000 Placement Shares, being the first tranche of Placement Shares for the Private Placement, which were listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 1 July 2020;

(ii)         9,720,000 Placement Shares, being the second tranche of Placement Shares for the Private Placement, which were listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 5 November 2020;

(iii)        1,000,000 Placement Shares, being the third tranche of Placement Shares for the Private Placement, which were listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 23 July 2021;

(iv)        4,000,000 Placement Shares, being the fourth tranche of Placement Shares for the Private Placement, which were listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 26 July 2021;

(v)        8,000,000 Placement Shares, being the fifth tranche of Placement Shares for the Private Placement, which were listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 27 July 2021; and

(vi)        4,000,000 Placement Shares, being the sixth tranche of Placement Shares for the Private Placement, which were listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 28 July 2021.

Further to the above, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce, on behalf of the Board, that the Company has decided not to place out the remaining 17,415,900 Placement Shares out of the 53,135,900 Placement Shares under the Private Placement. As such, the Private Placement is deemed completed.
