Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 26 November 2021 and 2 December 2021 in relation to the Proposed SCR (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that the Board (save for Tan Sri Dato' Khoo, Low Yew Hwa, Khoo Hui Keam and Khoo Hui Giok who are interested directors), has on 24 December 2021 deliberated on the contents of the SCR Offer Letter and has resolved to table the Proposed SCR based on the terms of the SCR Offer Letter to the Entitled Shareholders of Brem Holding for their consideration and approval.
