The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of CME wishes to announce that following a request for clarification of the Federal Court judgment and after perusal of the written grounds of judgment, the Federal Court has instructed us to follow the grounds of judgment and prepare a draft order. CME has filed an application to the Federal Court to review their judgment. CME’s review application has been fixed for case management on 21 January 2022. CME has also filed an application for stay of execution of judgment with a certificate of urgency. The Court has yet to fix any date for the application for stay of execution of judgment.
