We refer to the earlier announcements dated 7 September 2021, 9 September 2021, 29 September 2021, 4 October 2021, 8 December 2021, 16 December 2021, 17 December 2021 and 27 December 2021 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 27 December 2021 resolved to fix the issue price for the third tranche of the Proposed Private Placement at RM0.2083 per Placement Share.

The issue price of RM0.2083 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.98% to the 5-day VWAP of SRHB Shares up to and including 24 December 2021, being the last traded day of SRHB Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.2314 per SRHB Share.
