On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 2,401,000 new SRHB Shares issued pursuant to the third tranche of the Private Placement were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 31 December 2021, which marks the completion of the Private Placement.
