The Board of Directors of DFCITY wishes to announce that the Hock Heng Marketing (Southern Region) Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199401022451 (308130-X)] (“HHM” or “the Vendor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 3 January 2022, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) dated 3 January 2022 with Rui Fong Industries Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199401009559 (295238-V)] (“Rui Fong” ör “the Purchaser”) for the purpose of disposing all that piece of land held under HS(D) 212302 PTD 111402 (now known as Geran 250614 Lot 182721) in The Mukim of Plentong, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor together with one (1) unit of semi-detached factory erected thereon having a postal address known as No. 20, Jalan Sri Plentong 8, Taman Perindustrian Sri Plentong, 81750 Masai, Johor (“Property”)  for a total consideration of RM4,000,000/- (the “Purchase Price”) (“Proposed Disposal”).
