We refer to the announcements made on 3 January 2022 and 4 January 2022 in relation to the Sale and Purchase Agreement between HHM and Rui Fong Industries Sdn. Bhd. in respect to Proposed Disposal of Land held under HS(D) 212302 PTD 111402 (now known as Geran 250614 Lot 182721) in The Mukim of Plentong, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor together with one (1) unit of semi-detached factory erected thereon having a postal address known as No. 20, Jalan Sri Plentong 8, Taman Perindustrian Sri Plentong, 81750 Masai, Johor (“Property”) for a total consideration of RM4,000,000/-.
