Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 17 December 2021 in relation to the Civil Suit No. BA-23NCVC-24-04/2021 Zeti Ismrizan Binti Isa & 5 Ors vs. Spring Energy Sdn Bhd. Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcement.

The Board of Directors of Advancecon wishes to update that the Court had on 6 January 2022 disallowed the Leave Application and fixed the Trial dates on 21 July 2022, 22 July 2022 and 25 July 2022, during the case management.

Further, the Court of Appeal has now fixed on 9 February 2022 as the next case management date to update the Court the status of the filing of the sealed High Court order.

Any further material development of the above matter will be announced in due course.
