MATERIAL LITIGATION PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 9.04(F) OF THE BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENT

We refer to the announcement dated 30 January 2021 ("Announcement") in relation to the civil claims by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of Indonesia against PT. Rafi Kamajaya Abadi (“PTRKA”).

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of TDM Berhad wishes to announce on the updates of the first hearing of the case at Pengadilan Negeri Sintang, Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia on 10 January 2022 are as follows:

The panel of judges has directed and the parties have agreed for the case to be referred to mediation process for an amicable settlement.

Further announcements will be made as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
