The Board of Directors of BDB is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, BDB Land Sdn Bhd ("BLSB") wishes to dispose its 93.6972 hectares of freehold agriculture land in Kuala Ketil, District of Baling, Kedah Darul Aman for RM48 million which is slightly above market price of RM45.7 million. Critical to do so for the BDB turnaround effort and has been deeply considered by BDB Board the three (3) meetings.
