On behalf of the Board, PIVB is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 13 January 2022, resolved to approve the admission of YXPM to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the entire enlarged issued share capital of YXPM comprising 372,150,000 YXPM Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities, subject to the appointment of 1 additional independent non-executive director and that the composition of the Audit Committee is solely represented by independent directors prior to the issuance of the prospectus.
