Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements made on 1 November 2021, 2 November 2021, 5 November 2021, 9 November 2021, 11 November 2021, 22 December 2021 and 10 January 2022 in relation to the same.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Plaintiffs' Discovery Application (“Enclosure 45”) was fixed for case management today. 

The Plaintiffs’ solicitors informed the Court that the Plaintiffs intend to proceed with Enclosure 45 but they have narrowed down the list of documents sought for, to only one proxy form lodged by JF Apex Securities Berhad. Directions on the filing of affidavits and submissions were given by the Court. Enclosure 45 is fixed for Hearing on 4 February 2022 at 9:00am via Zoom Application.
