On behalf of the Board of Directors of Vizione, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that no adjustments will be made to the Warrants C pursuant to the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants as the Warrants C are expiring on 4 February 2022. The number of adjustment Warrants C will only be determined when the number of Rights Shares subscribed have been determined, which will be after the closing date for subscription of the Rights Shares with Warrants (“Closing Date”). The Closing Date of 21 February 2022 is after the expiry date of Warrants C of 4 February 2022. The announcement is dated 14 January 2022. |
