The Board of Directors of Ecomate Holdings Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Directors had on 17 January 2022 approved an interim single tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share ("Dividend") in respect of the financial year ending 28 February 2022 to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositories on 08 February 2022 and the Dividend so declared is payable on 28 February 2022.
