Mr Ker Hong started over his career as temporary store assistant at Solid Corporation Sdn Bhd, Malaysia in December 2005 to June 2006. He has experienced in doing periodic stock checks and participated in daily warehouse meeting. In June 2009 to August 2009, he completed his internship at University of Adelaide, Australia as Circuit Designer.

Mr Ker Hong joined Molex Singapore Pte Ltd, Singapore from August 2010 to February 2012 as Test Engineer. He has experienced in using Solder Reflow Machine, Dust Chamber, Vibratory Tester Machine, Mechanical Shock Tester, MFG Tester, Low Level Contact Resistance (LLCR) Tester, Dielectric Tester, Thermal Shock Tester Machine, Microscope and etc to conduct environmental, electrical and mechanical tests.

In March 2012 to March 2018, Mr Ker Hong joined Solid Corporation Sdn Bhd, Malaysia as Purchasing Manager and has been appointed as the Quality Management Representative (QMR) to set up and maintaining ISO 9001 system. The ISO 9001 was successfully achieved in November 2012 and Mr Ker Hong was appointed as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) chairman of the Company.

He joined Borneo Technical Co. (M) Sdn Bhd, Malaysia in April 2018 and currently he is the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
