Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of PDZ wishes to announce that the following offer of options has been made on 19 January 2022 to the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries to subscribe for the new ordinary shares in the Company ("Options") under the Company’s ESOS, the details of which are as follows:-
