Reference is made to the announcements dated 14 December 2021, 25 October 2021, 15 October 2021 and 24 September 2021 made by the Company. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the matter was called up before the Muar High Court on 20 January 2022. The Plaintiff’s solicitors informed the Court that they have filed an application for summary judgment (“the said application”) against the Defendant. The Defendant’s solicitors requested for an adjournment of the matter to file an affidavit in reply to the said application.
The Court then fixed the matter for hearing on 10 April 2022 for the said application.
Any material development will be announced in due course.
