| Working experience and occupation | Prior to his retirement on 30 June 2021, he was the Group Director, Financial Services of DRB-HICOM Berhad. He was appointed as Principal Officer of DRB-HICOM Berhad in January 2016. He was also responsible for the overall financial management of the Group with focus on Accounting, Reporting, Taxation and Risks & Sustainability. He has a wide range of experience in Financial Reporting/Audit, Corporate Governance, Taxation, Debt & Equity Restructuring, Reorganisation of companies, Risk Management and M&A.
In his over 30 years of experience in various positions, he was a Member of Group Management Committee, Corporate Governance Committee, Risk & Sustainability Committee, Cyber Security Committee and Group Strategy Review Committee.
