Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement dated 14 January 2022 shall apply.

Further to our announcement dated14 January 2022, the Board of Directors of KESM wishes to update that KTJ has resumed production on 21 January 2022. Due to the restriction of movement in Tianjin, the level of the Plant production would depend on the rate of production loadings and the return of workforce in compliance with the local COVID-19 protocols.

The Company is unable to assess the exact financial impact at this juncture until the full resumption of operations and will update in the quarterly reporting.
