The Board of Directors of Pintaras Jaya Berhad ("PJB") wishes to announce that PJB's wholly-owned subsidiary, Pintaras Megah Sdn Bhd, has secured a contract worth RM34,300,000. This project in Kuala Lumpur will commence on 14 February 2022 with a contract period of 18 months.
This project is expected to contribute positively to PJB Group's FY2022 earnings.
None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or Substantial Shareholders has any interest, direct or indirectly in the said contract.
