On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 27 January 2022, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months from 16 January 2022 to 15 July 2022 to complete the Private Placement.
