We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 65,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over NDX by way of market making.

The NDX-C2 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The NDX-C2 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021. The NDX-C2 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 October 2021. The obligations of MCSM under NDX-C2 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021.
