The DIALOG-C82 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 April 2021 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The DIALOG-C82 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 28 April 2021, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 16 August 2021, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 13 January 2022 and the Term Sheet for the DIALOG-C82 dated 15 February 2022.

The DIALOG-C82 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of the DIALOG-C82 is set out in the attachment.
