The Board of Directors of ARB Berhad had on 22 February 2022 approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 31 December to 30 June to enable the Company for better resources allocation to facilitate the proposed listing of its Internet of Things division on NASDAQ stock exchange. The next financial year end of the Company will commence from 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2022, covering a period of 18 months. Thereafter, the subsequent financial years shall end on 30 June annually.
