We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of PMETAL by way of market making. The PMETAL-C68 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The PMETAL-C68 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 October 2021. The PMETAL-C68 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 22 October 2021 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 4 February 2022.
