The Board of Directors of MHB ("the Board") is pleased to announce that a First and Final Dividend at 7.0 sen per share amounting to approximately RM14,809,000 be declared for payment for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 ("First and Final Dividend"), subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Board has also determined the dividend reinvestment plan, which provides the shareholders of MHB with the option to elect to reinvest their dividend in new ordinary shares in MHB, would apply to this First and Final Dividend.

The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the First and Final Dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
