We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 34,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of AXIATA by way of market making.

The AXIATA-C75 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The AXIATA-C75 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021. The AXIATA-C75 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 October 2021. The obligations of MCSM under AXIATA-C75 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021.
