We refer to the announcements dated 14 July 2021, 30 July 2021, 30 September 2021, 7 October 2021, 22 October 2021, 27 December 2021, 10 January 2022, 14 January 2022, 4 February 2022 and 9 February 2022 in relation to, among others, the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of Vizione, TA Securities wishes to announce that as at the close of acceptance, excess application and payment for the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants at 5.00 p.m. on 21 February 2022 (“Closing Date”), the Company has received valid acceptances and excess applications for a total of 1,022,900,003 Rights Shares, representing a subscription rate of 99.99% over the total number of Rights Shares available for subscription under the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants, resulting in an under-subscription rate of 0.01%.

The details of valid acceptances and excess applications received as at the Closing Date for the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants are as follows:

The successful applicants for the Rights Shares will be given Warrants E on the basis of 1 Warrant E for every 2 Rights Shares subscribed for.

The total number of excess Rights Shares available for allocation was 862,986,338. In view that the total number of excess Rights Shares applied for was 862,825,452, the Board has decided to allot the excess Rights Shares to all the entitled shareholders and/ or their renounce(s) and/ or transferee(s) who have applied for the excess Rights Shares in full.

The Rights Shares and Warrants E are expected to be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 7 March 2022.
