Reference is made to the announcements dated 8 February 2022, 9 February 2022, 11 February 2022 and 14 February 2022 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that the Board had on 2 March 2022 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for 20,086,000 Placement Shares at RM0.67 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”). The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0684 or approximately 9.26% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of RMH Shares up to and including 1 March 2022, being the last trading day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.7384 per RMH Share.
