The Board of Directors of DIGISTAR is pleased to announce that DHSB has received a Letter of Appointment (“LOA”) dated 26 February 2022 from SIC in relation to the appointment of DHSB as the Sub-Contractor of a project known as “Proposed United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad Menara 2 – Workplace Project at Menara UOB 2, Kuala Lumpur For United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad” (“Project”).

The Group sees a return to its audio visual ("AV") system roots with the awarding of this contract worth RM6.9 million to it . With its strong history and experience in designing and supplying and installing quality AV and broadcasting systems as well as being supported by experienced and qualified engineers, this project heralds a good beginning to the year for the Group.

On 28 February 2022, DIGISTAR, via its wholly-owned subsidiary, DHSB has accepted the LOA for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Audiovisual System (hereinafter referred to the “Sub-Contract”) of the Project with aggregate Sub-Contract value of Ringgit Malaysia Six Million Nine Hundred Thousand (RM6,900,000.00) (inclusive of 6% SST) only from SIC.
