We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by CIMB Bank of up to 150,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled put warrants over the HSI.

The HSI-HEF is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 April 2021 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The HSI-HEF is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 28 April 2021, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 16 August 2021, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 13 January 2022, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 4 March 2022 and the Term Sheet for the HSI-HEF dated 4 March 2022.

The HSI-HEF is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of the HSI-HEF is set out in the attachment.
