Further to Hong Leong Industries Berhad (“HLI”)’s announcement on 1 November 2019 in connection with the member’s voluntary winding-up of Stonenet Sdn Bhd (“Stonenet”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HLI, HLI now writes to inform that the Liquidator of Stonenet had convened a Final Meeting to conclude the member’s voluntary winding-up of Stonenet. A Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting was lodged with the Official Receiver on 3 March 2022 and the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 4 March 2022 (“Lodgment Date”), and on the expiration of 3 months after the Lodgment Date, Stonenet will be dissolved.
