Pursuant to Paragraph 10.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of WHB (“the Board”) wishes to announce that WWP [Registration No: 198301013141 (108535-A)] had on 8 March 2022 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with SDL Global Development Sdn Bhd [Registration No: 201701042977 (1257150-D)] (“SDL” or the “Purchaser”) for the proposed disposal of a piece of freehold vacant industrial land held under Individual Title GM 437, Lot 260, Tempat Batu 24 ¼, Jalan Bukit Arang, Mukim Hulu Semenyih, Daerah Hulu Langat, Negeri Selangor measuring approximately 2.0664 hectares (the “Land”) free of all encumbrances, squatters, occupants, licensees or trespassers with vacant possession and on an “as-is-where-is” basis, for a total cash consideration of RM8,000,000 (“Disposal Consideration”), subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA (“the Proposed Disposal”).
