We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SUPERMX by way of market making. The SUPERMX-C2Z is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The SUPERMX-C2Z is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 October 2021. The SUPERMX-C2Z is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 22 October 2021 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 4 February 2022.
