We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MAYBANK by way of market making. The MAYBANKC89 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The MAYBANKC89 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 October 2021. The MAYBANKC89 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 22 October 2021 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 4 February 2022.
