Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 26 November 2021, 2 December 2021, 24 December 2021, 28 December 2021, 27 January 2022, 28 January 2022 and 28 February 2022 in relation to the Proposed SCR (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that the Company had on 14 March 2022 filed the petition to the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur (“High Court”) to obtain an order by the High Court confirming the reduction of the issued share capital of the Company in accordance with Section 116 of the Act to give effect to the Proposed SCR.
