We refer to the Prospectus of Techbond Group Berhad ('Techbond' or 'the Company') dated 13 November 2018 and the announcements made by the Company on 8 May 2019, 3 October 2019, 5 December 2019, 10 January 2020, 17 January 2020, 10 April 2020, 29 July 2020, 13 August 2020, 30 July 2021 and 22 February 2022 in respect of the above material litigation. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout the announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the previous announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that following the mention of the Case Management held on 7 March 2022, the High Court of Shah Alam has fixed the next date of the Case Management on 29.3.2022 to update the status of service to Director General Insolvency (DGI) and filing of affidavit of service.
Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
