The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to propose a first and final dividend of 10.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021 for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Company's One Hundred and Eleventh Annual General Meeting.

The proposed entitlement and payment dates for the first and final dividend shall be determined at a later date and announced accordingly.
