Reference is made to Powerwell's announcement dated 14 March 2022 in relation to the acceptance of supply contract amounting to RM39,871,820.00 ("Supply Contract").
The Company wishes to announce the following additional information as required by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad:-
Commencement date of the Supply Contract The commencement date of the Supply Contract as per the Letter of Award is 9 March 2022. However, the project kick-off date is on 21 March 2022, as per the project delivery schedule.
