The Board of Directors of Dynaciate Group Berhad (“DGB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval on the Proposed New and Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”) at the forthcoming Fifteenth Annual General Meeting (“15th AGM”) of the Company.

A Circular to shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.

The purpose of the Circular is to provide shareholders with details, financial effects, rationale and etc. of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate, which is to be tabled as ordinary resolution at the forthcoming 15th AGM.
