We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 31 December 2021 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Lotus, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had obtained the approval for the Proposals from its shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting convened on 21 March 2022 at 4.00 p.m. which was immediately after the conclusion of Thirty-Seventh 37th Annual General Meeting of Lotus. As such, the Proposals have taken immediate effect following the shareholders' approval on even date.
