We refer to the Company's announcements made on 18 November 2021, 19 November 2021, 30 November 2021, 28 December 2021, 7 January 2022, 17 February 2022 and 7 March 2022 in respect of the judicial management application filed by Maybank Islamic Berhad against its wholly owned subsidiary, Khee San Food Industries Sdn Bhd.

The Company's solicitors, Messrs Krish Maniam & Co. had notified the Company that on 21 March 2022, this matter came up for Case Management via e-Review for the Interim Judicial Manager’s Notice of Application for Remuneration (“Enclosure 157”) and the Court had directed for the following:-

1. Parties to file Affidavit In Reply on or before 6 April 2022 except for Khee San Berhad (subject to the decision of Khee San Berhad’s Intervene Application on 1 April 2022);

2. Applicant to file Affidavit In Reply on or before 20 April 2022; and

3. Written Submission to be filed simultaneously at least 7 days before hearing date.

The Hearing of Enclosure 157 has been fixed on 24 May 2022.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
