Reservoir Link Energy Bhd ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Board of Directors proposed to seek shareholders' approval on the Proposed Share Buy-Back by way of an ordinary resolution at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be convened later.

A Statement/Circular to Shareholders in relation to the above is currently being prepared and will be dispatched to shareholders at the proper time.
