The Board of Directors of SMTrack wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 March 2022 entered into an Aircraft Purchase Agreement with Fairway Logistic (M) Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200501009675 (686722-H)) to purchase one (1) unit Bombardier Challenger 601-3A aircraft at the purchase price of United States Dollar One Million and Eight Hundred Thousand only (USD1,800,000.00).
