The Board of Directors of MGB wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 March 2022 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Selangor Youth Community (“SAY”) in forming a Strategic Partnership which would benefit both parties that empowers the local youth workforce. The Board also wish to release an official press statement in relation to "Manforce Group signs MOU with SAY to Empower Local Youth Workforce" for the information of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and public.
