The Board of Directors of the Company had on 24 March 2022 approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 30 April to 31 March. The next financial year will be commencing from 1 May 2021 to 31 March 2022, covering a period of 11 months. Thereafter, the subsequent financial year shall end on 31 March annually.
The rationale of the change is to realign the Company's period of quarters with calendar year.
